Garbage Collection – Allied Waste (563) 556-5393
Garbage collection is every Wednesday. Residents are allowed one 33-gallon container, not exceeding 40 pounds. Additional bags or cans must have a garbage tag attached. Tags can be purchased at City Hall or the Delhi Pit Stop for $2.00.

Recycling Collection – Allied Waste (563) 556-5393
Recycling collection is every Wednesday. There is no limit on the amount of recyclables accepted.

Holiday Collection - If the collection day falls on or after a holiday, pickup will be one day later that week.

Cleanup Day/Week - A citywide cleanup day is scheduled in June; watch the City newsletter and the local newspaper for date.

Yard Waste - Yard waste must be placed in biodegradable trash bags, containers, or packages not exceeding thirty gallons in size and marked with a yard waste tag. Tags are available at City Hall for $1.25. All branches, twigs, sticks, brush, etc. must be bound in bundles and marked with a yard waste tag. Yard waste pickup days are scheduled in the Spring and Fall of each year. Watch the City newsletter and newspaper for dates, or call City Hall.
